Returns and Exchanges

Quality matters to us. This applies not only to our products but also to the high standard of customer service and satisfaction we provide. That’s why we’re happy to facilitate returns with the aim of providing complete satisfaction with your Yugen Hut experience.

We will happily accept returns if the products are unused, unmarked and unwashed, and are returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for refund.

Please open your package as soon as possible after delivery and try the items on your bed. As noted, we are unable to accept items that are washed or that are returned beyond the 30-day return limit. Be assured, all items shipped by Yugen Hut are new and will never be a returned product from another customer.

Our bedding is produced without the use of toxic chemicals; however, we cannot guarantee against all sensitivities or allergies (there are simply too many).

Returns Policy

Most new, unused, unwashed bedding in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Washed/used items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. The cost of shipping returned items to Yugen Hut is the responsibility of the customer. For orders with Free Shipping, the cost of goods returned will be refunded less our cost to ship the original order. For orders that did not qualify for free shipping, any fees paid will not be refunded.

All items discounted at 25% off or more are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for refunds or returns.

Please allow up to 10 business days after your return has reached us for the refund to be processed (slightly longer during holiday and promotional periods). Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment (i.e., credit card).

US Orders

U.S. customers please note that you are responsible for any taxes and/or duties your local customs office may have levied for the goods when they entered the country.

How To Initiate A Return

To initiate a quick and easy return, please review our return policy outlined above to ensure your items are eligible for a refund.

To return an item purchased from Yugen Hut, fill out our Request Form or email us. We would appreciate if you can share the reason for return, as we want to continuously improve our product for our customer needs.

We'll confirm via e-mail your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship our products throughout Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and the continental United States. Free standard shipping will automatically be applied to your cart if the purchase totals $250 before taxes.

Provided all items are in stock, your order will ship within five (5) business days. We will notify you as soon as your order has shipped and provide a tracking number. Delivery date/time can vary, depending on your shipping location. Unless otherwise noted, a signature is required upon receipt of your shipment. If the delivery cannot be signed for and accepted at the door, the shipping carrier may bring the parcel to a post office or other pick up point for collection. Canadian customers are subject to all applicable taxes. Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified.

Note that Yugen hut is  not liable or responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

A pre-order is a purchase of an item that is not yet in stock. By purchasing products through a pre-order, you are securing the product to be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Due to implications of Covid-19, guarantees of product stock dates cannot be confirmed but be assured that every effort is being made by us to have products ready for shipping as soon as possible.

The estimated shipping date is the second week of December 2021, but this is subject to change without prior notice.

You will be charged at the time of placing a Pre-Order. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order within three months from order placement, we will refund you for the full amount at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
